Am i being a stubborn jackass?

I've been talking to this girl for a couple months now and we've been out once she said she enjoyed it then last week I wanted to hang out but she said she didn't feel like going out but I could come see her I was kinda pissed because I wanted to go out so I declined her offer then we were supposed to go to lunch today but she didn't want me to wait for her to get ready then she said we could still do something today or tomorrow. I was kinda angry and just stopped texting her. Idk maybe im just being a dumbass??? Am I???? What should I do???
