Is this a rude thing to say/do to someone?

I was sitting at a table with my friends eating lunch and this girl sitting next to me(more of an acquaintance, not really a friend) picked up my napkin and asked if she could use it. I told her I had already used the napkin and she responded,"You talk like a white girl." I wasn't offended by it, but I thought it was kind of rude for her to come out of no where and say that. Was it rude?
