An eyeliner tht doesnt come off during the day?

ok so i put eyeliner an stuff on everyday and even before lunch it like washers done or whatever and like smears and looks terrible. its waterproof supposably an still doesnt work. does anybody have any great ideas of eyeliner that actually DO work?
