Is this guy interested in me? should I make the move?

I'm going to a university in september. I went for orientation 4 days ago and I happened to find this guy who I really like. He was an orientation leader but is also a student at the university. I had to go to the housing office and my orientation leader couldnt take me then this guy happened to pass so my orientation leader asked him if he could walk me over there he said yes.My orientation leader just stood there and then he said she could leave. We were walking he said it was kind of a long walk and he wanted me to eat (it was lunch time) so he wanted to take a golf car we went and he asked me how was orientation I said good just a lot of information he laughed. we went and the keys weren't there so we had to walk which gave us more time to talk he told me about his family and I told him about mine also. He said he was a dancer and we started talking about dancing.does it seem strange he didnt even know me and talked about his family? then he left me all the way inside the housing office he waited for me there even sat next to me as i did all the paper work.then,he walked all the way inside the cafeteria as if he was waitting for me but i didnt know what to do bc he had his friends so i said pleasure to talk and went with mine.and when talking to me he never looked at me he looked down the floor does this mean he's shy or just not interested? and now I found this guy on facebook idk wether to add him or not.should i add him online? or hes just not interested on me and i shouldnt add him?
