Iui question. Am i ready?

Ive been stimming for 18 days. finally on the right dose of follistim. i go in today for us and blood i had three 11mm follicles and one 16 mm follicle. They said im ready for my iui tomorrow. But i dont understand how. The nurse said my e2 was only 84.5 so how do i have any eggs ready?
