Is Fairfileld, Vacaville in California a safe and good place to live?

I like the price of apartments being $500 a month there, then I can actually progress in life. Unlike in Fremont, California, where they take at least $1000 a month for rent. by safe, I mean no crime. in Oakland there was crime. I used to work there, and the idiotic criminals slashed my tire, but that $200 fixing it was not a big deal to me with the grace of God. However, I really hate sheety people so if Fairfield is full of them and you know, please let me know. i will avoid that city too.
