Im scared of pain but need to do ivf or iui,any advice on how it feels ?

i am the same way, i have a very low pain tolerance & am terrified of needles! i did IVF & of course wen they stimulate your ovaries the medication is injections i had 9 long days of my hubby giving me shots (2 at night). but honestly its SO worth it & really wasn't that bad! the needles are pretty small & after a few days it didnt bother me. that really was the hardest part! & when they do the egg retrieval you are under complete anesthesia & dont feel a thing. (: its worth it to have a baby... goodluck to you!
