Are all young earth creationists ignorant of science? (repeat)?

i asked this question last night and i actually got 4 responses that were ignorant to science in the responses. i would like to see if the idiotic trend continues. so when i talk to young earth creationists they are unable to state what the theory of evolution actually states, how it works or what types of evidence show that it is true. they frequently confuse the theory of evolution with cosmology and the untestable hypothesis of abiogenesis. most young earth creationists do not seem to understand what a scientific theory is, and in general they seem scientifically illiterate. they are ignorant of the scientific process and they think that they are somehow qualified to argue on matters that they are completely ignorant of. so are all young earth creationists ignorant of science or do you think some understand science and still have actual reasons to believe that the earth is young and humans were created?
