I had ectopic pregnancy and my right tube was cut on 26 jan 11.?

I was advised IUI and with it i got pregnant bt it was ectopic so my right tube had to be cut on 26 Jan 11. can i still think of having baby? Please suggest the safer methods? if any? Are there any ayurvedic medicines which help in concieveing after such major surgery/
