I miscarried for more than 4 times........?

I am ttc for more than 4 years and miscarried more than 4 times.I have had 8 IUI'S and two IVF'S.I never disclosed my problem with anyone and it so happened that when my doc told me I have some chromosomal issue which creates these miscarriages I broke down and disclosed my problem to my friends and family members,.They are very supportive but I feel so embarrassed and ashamed for whatever reason.I felt like a weakling.How do I deal with this?
