Pregnant naturally with low motility/abnormal morphology?

My husband had a low everything on his sperm analysis (count, motility, morphology etc) we were about to see a specialist after a year and half trying when I found out I was pregnant. It took us both by surprise since we didn't think it would be possible without help. The month I got pregnant I just forgot about trying where as every other month I was driving myself insane with OPKs and temping. And that is literally the only thing I did differently, except for taking mucinex to help with cm and drinking more water. I would have never imagined I would ever be pregnant after that horrible news from the Dr. Every couple is different but it is very possible naturally. Good luck!
