Could I still be pregnant?

Ok so here is a little history. On April 10th i started my cycle lasting 5 days. on April 23rd-24th I had my iui. with ovidrel shot on the 22nd. I was in my two week wait. I was not scheduled to have my cycle till May 8th. the two week wait I was on progesterone suppositories. With cramping and my ovaries was still hurting the whole time. But I came on my period on May 6th. two days early. Kind of heavy first couple of days light yesterday and today. Nipples still ache real bad. I can feel movement in my pelvic Area. And nauseous after I eat. Can I still be pregnant . Thanks Ladies in advance.
