If im eating vegan to lose weight, does not eating 3-5 times a day crippling my chances anyway? I remember doing nutrisystem and I would hate skipping a meal cause I felt like I was setting myself back or messing up my digestion is that true with eating vegan? I constantly will forget to eat breakfast or lunch or I wont eat at all except late at night when i realize im hungry! Is there anything really wrong with this?
