Has anyone gotten pregant after their first IUI?

We did two consecutive days of IUI's this weekend. Doctor found 5 mature follicles all measuring 20+. I did the ovidrel on friday and IUI's on saturday and sunday. Has anyone gotten pregnant after first IUI? Are there any symptoms I should look for that indicate me being pregnant?
