I had my HSG done last month and got my period last week.?

Has anybody been successful after a couple of months of HSG Test. all my reports are normal. doctor advices to go for IUI. shall i wait for another couple of months or should we opt to IUI. I am 28 years and its almost 2 years we are TTC
