I have had two miscarriages, should I see a high risk OB/GYN for my pregnancy now?

Over the past 2 years I have suffered 2 miscarriages, one I got pregnant with IUI (Oct 2009), the second was a triplet pregnancy from IVF and only kept until 6 weeks(July 2010). I am 5 weeks pregnant now and got pregnant the old fashion way, should I see a high risk OB or just my usual OB/GYN.
