Light bleeding 2 days before period could this be ?

My friend had a iui done almost two weeks ago she went back last Wednesday to do blood and a sono and they told her that her egg had been release they had giving her endometrin to take one a day in the night now she has light bleeding two days before her periods could this be she is pregnant what do it mean
