PLEASE! SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok so my husband got a call from my obgyn saying that his sperm count came back very low and it did not look good at all so he has an appointment at a urologist tomorrow and is a urologist the right person to go to for sperm? any ways i also have been diagnosed with pcos but the past two months im pretty sure i ovulated. do you think that the doctor will suggest iui or ivf? we have been trying naturaly for a year already. if we do iui or ivf is there payment plans? any info helps. do you think they will tell us tomorrow if we should try iui or ivf? or will they do tests and stuff? thanks and God Bless.
