I hate that yall are having these problems but I was wondering if she has tried ovulation tests (clearblue digital ovulation tests are the best) in order to pinpoint her fertile time and save sex for these couple of days (although ejaculation would be necessary throughout the rest of the month to keep your sperm count up). My husband had trouble with this and he finally just had to completely forgot he had this "problem" and totally relax because sometimes it is a mind thing, you think "i can't do this, i can't do this" and that in and of itself prevents the orgasm. Also, engage in LOTS of foreplay to get very in to it and excited before sex. Good luck to you!
