What else would lower the deficit as much as letting Bush's idiotic tax cuts expire...?

The Bush tax cuts had a sunset provision and would have automatically expired at the end of last year. The only way they could be extended, was if Congress voted to extend them, and President Obama signed it into law. They did not have to voted on or signed by the President to repeal, They would have ended by doing nothing That makes them the Obama tax cuts, like it or not.
