Help. please. its hard. what can we do?

ok so my husband just found out he has very low sperm count. the doctors words when she told him on the phone is ''it doesnt look good at all''. I too also too have fertility issues i was diagnosed with pcos. last month my test came back saying i most likely ovulated but just bcuz i ovulated one month doesnt mean i always will. im on 850 twice a day metformin. my husband goes to doctor on monday for his infertility. so my question is would we qualify for a couple who needs to do IUI? if any info plz help or any encouragement plz. also do you konw if tricare pays for iui? my husband is military so with him deploying every year its hard when ttc and both of us having fertility issues. we both go to church and we have alot of faith
