Would oatmeal/porridge be healthy for lunch?
You can have oatmeal for lunch. Just add skim milk if that is what you do and maybe some fresh fruit--peach,banana,strawb,blueb. Lots of people eat breakfast stuff at dinner too. No big deal. Eat what you are hungry for regardless of the meal time.
