HOW DOES CLOMID WORK? I HAVE PCOS? NOT OVULATING AT ALL?

my doctor told me i have pcos i don't ovulate everything else is pretty much ok with me i tried iui twice and failed i really lost hope in it and wanted to try clomid on is own but i don't know how it works i called my fertility specialist office and they told me basically for them , by me taking clomid is the exact same thing *** iui would be except the insemination? they want to make ultrasounds and all that is that usually what happens when your on Clomid? without iui? i really don't know what to do i feel there only in it for the money and don't feel they're giving me all the right things to become pregnant other than spend spend spend i checked out another place and it had some bad reviews to i feel so bad i really want to have a baby but i feel i cant trust my infertility Specialist i feel all they want is money don't really feel like going somewhere else *** i feel it would be the same thing can someone help me? im so annoyed and depressed i don't really care about the money *** much *** i care about them not actually putting there all to get me pregnant
