Is there anyway to save instead of paying $500 dollars every month on doctor visit for IUI procedure?

Me and wife been trying for years to conceive so finally we seeking help of doctor to help us conceive.. Well its led us to the point of doing a IUI procedure to increase chances of concieving but I cannot afford to pay $500.00 up front every month.. Is there anyway to get this in payments instead of paying it in full? Will any insurance cover fertility? Can I mark this at the end of the year as medical payments for tax credit?
