Need Help With Activating My PS3?

Ok so I have shared my account with 4 other people (making me the 5th which is the max). My brother wanted the escalation map pack for black ops so i told him that i needed one of my other friends to deactivate their PS3 so it would open up 1 free spot for him. well needless to say, while we were waiting i went ahead and deactivated my system so my brother could downlowd the map pack awhile. My freind finally came on and i asked him to deactivate his system for me, in which he did and when to re-activate mine and it wont let me because it says there are 5 ps3 systems activated under this sign in id already, you need to deactivate one of them to continue. I guess im confused because my friend deactivated his system which should have opened it up for me but it just didn't work, any help please - Anyone? No rude or idiotic comments please, thanks! could it be because of the amount of games those 4 people have downloaded from me or what the heck is going on here?
